I began my career making investments into mid-market and growth companies within LP Portfolios. As an associate, I successfully pitched $20m in deals to the investment committees, that I now advise founders on how to navigate.

I progressed to building out finance functions for high-growth climate start-ups, using KPIs and forecasting to accelerate growth to an over 100% CAGR during my full-time tenure.
